We had a lovely one-night stay, enjoying the beautiful garden and the relaxing beauty treatment offered at the spa. The pool was great for the kids, providing fun activities to beat the heat. Breakfast was a bit basic for a five-star hotel, so you might want to grab a bite elsewhere if you're looking for something heartier. 😊

the bed was too firm for my taste,, but the bathroom had amazing amenities, and the mini-bar was stocked with free drinks. the air conditioning worked great, and the location was super convenient for exploring tokyo.

The location is excellent, providing convenient access to Akasaka Mitsuke station via air-conditioned corridors, which is especially beneficial during the hot summer months. My family stayed in the Main Quality Double Non-Smoking room, and wow, was it spacious! We loved the amazing views of the tranquil garden, filled with cherry blossoms and koi ponds. The staff's attentive service.

Our stay at Hotel New Otani Tokyo The Main was fantastic! The room was spacious with a fabulous view of the garden, making it feel like a perfect getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The serene garden with cherry blossom trees was a highlight, providing a beautiful escape in the heart of the city.

The dining options were a bit pricey for our budget.
